Looking for a quick touch base to get your head straight and your business back on track?

During this 90 minute session, we’ll assess your current company structure and strategy and get a clear picture of what’s keeping you up at night, as well as discuss 3-5 actionables to get you moving in the right direction.

We’ll check in with you via email within the first week to determine how the changes are working for you and make tweaks as necessary.  Then we’ll reconnect two weeks from our original call date to ensure you’re feeling good about the future.

SYSTEMS + PROCESSES MASTER PLAN

Whether you’re starting from scratch or ready to make a BIG change with your current business practices, you need a clear and solid approach to achieving the successful business you desire.  

We’ll spend 3-6 months working together on your business model, your company structure, financial systems, back of house, front of house, and everything in between. We’ll set milestones to achieve along the way and track our progress as we go, so you’re constantly feeling in control and forward-focused.
